Shipping within Europe

Our goods are sold and delivered ex works, Poggibonsi, Italy.

The merchandise becomes our client's property the moment we successfully run the credit card charge.

Prices quoted on this site include shipping to member Countries of the European Union with exemption of the UK, Ireland and Mediterranenean Islands for which we need to charge a small extra fee.

Transport is paid for until the entrance door building or residence entrance door. If you need further assistance with larger boxes, please contact us, so that we can make arrangements.

In most cases however a small tip to driver will do miracles.

Overseas Shipping

prices on our website do not include shipping to USA and overseas. Please contact us for a quote.

Customs Clearance, Fees and Taxes

steelform will charge a € 30 fee for the issuing of export documents for any lesser than € 1.000, or USD 1.200.

Any customs duties or import taxes are not included iin our prices are payable to the respective shippers.

Shipping Insurance

All our merchandise is fully insured against damage, theft and loss.

Transaction Fees

We do not take any responsibility for any additional transaction fees your bank and/or credit card company may assess for the charge.

Payment Modes

We accept VISA / Mastercard and will only process your order on receipt of the credit card information.

Payment can also be effectuated cash on delivery, directly to the transport driver. A 3% surcharge will be applied in this case.

Any order greater than EUR 500 / USD 700 may be paid by wire transfer prior to shipment. in this case we apply a 3% discount.

Orders with a value greater than EUR 10.000 will only be processed upon receipt of a 50% downpayment.

In both cases please contact our staff for bank details and modalities.

Shipping Damage

Should goods be delivered visibly damaged, please DO NOT sign for receipt, but tell the carrier to take them back straight away.

In case you find the packaging even slightly damaged, please note this on the delivery receipt before signing.

If goods are subsequently found to be damaged, contact the shipper for pick up and we will happily have new goods to be delivered to you ASAP.

Return Policy

In case you should not be satisfied with any item received from us, for whatever reason, please notify us in written by e-mail within fifteen days after receipt .

We will provide you with a return adress and refund you upon receipt of goods. There will be no restocking fees applicable.

We will however not accept returns of anny goods made to special order.

NOTE: We will only refund goods that are returned undamaged in their original (or equivalent) packaging.

Warranty

if any defects in craftsmanship or material appear, steelform.com offers for each piece of furniture purchased from our website an international limited warranty covering manufacturing and material defects under normal use for the period of ten years.

Every piece found to be defective under this warranty will be at our discretion either replaced or spare parts for repair will be provided.

Defects resulting from in our opinion normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse, accident, modification, negligence or attempted repairs are excluded from this warranty.

In no event shall steelform.com be liable for any other damages occuring from steelform.com goods.
