This chair is a more luxurious variant of the dining chair, that Mies van der Rohe designed for the Tugendhat house in Brno, It is made of flat suspension steel as it is used for the Barcelona Chair, instead of tubular steel, which dramaticaly increases its comfort - as well as its weight and price.
