Marcel Breuer: Wassily Chair

The Wassily Chair is probably the best known Bauhaus design and the first armchair ever made of steel. The legend says it was made for the living room of Wassily Kandinsky's house while he was a teacher at the Bauhaus.
Chrome plated tubular steel frame. Seat back and armrests made of full grain leather straps.
