Is there any additional cost?
No, not from our side! Prices on our webiste are all inclusive.
Shipping to most locations within continental Europe is free. Surchages do only apply for Norway, the British Islands, Ireland and the Balearics. Please ask for a quote.
Inside the European Union there are no customs duties or taxes either. Norwegian and Swiss customers will be charged their countries' VAT on import.
Is there any difference between your products and "originals"?
You won't be able to find any relevant one, even if both makes are standing side by side. Our products meet the same high quality standards, than much costlier ones. Of course we do not stamp metal frames with serial numbers nor do we issue "certificates of authenticity".
Can you send me some leather samples?
Yes, we will be happy to do that, if you specify the article it is meant for and the colors you need to see. Again: we are scrooge in marketing expenses and will not send a whole set, while only two color samples are needed.
Where are you located and how can we contact you?

Do you have any showrooms or representatives?
We believe in the marketing power of the internet and in our fair policies and good service. You may however arrange a visit to our production site in Poggibonsi (Si), should you ever travel to Tuscany. Most of our products are on display there and you will be able to see a large part of the production process. Please Inquire with our staff for further directions. There is also a small selection on display in our Palma office.
What can I do if I am unhappy with my purchase?
In first place, we are pretty confident of being able to fully satisfy you! This is why we promise to take all goods back, whenever it should happen that a customer really feels unhappy with them. We do not charge a restocking fee either. Simply give us notice within fourteen days after receipt of delivery. Of course your credit card charge will be reversed once we receive the undamaged goods in their original or equivlent packaging.
How do you ship your goods?
Within Europe we ship by truck, which takes about 5 working days from our factory premises to your front door.

Are your products Originals?
After eight decades, many improvements in materials and manufacturing techniques and modifications by a number of manufacturers, almost no one of the modern classics looks like it did when it was first presented.
There is nothing like an "original", while we are talking about new furniture. Regardless from whom you might buy it, at whatever price, it will always be nothing but a reproduction.
