your products "originals" ?
After seven decades,
many improvements in materials and manufacturing techniques and modifications
by a number of manufacturers, almost no one of the modern classics looks
like it did when it was first presented. There is nothing like an "original",
while we are talking about new furniture. Regardless from whom you might
buy it, at whatever price, it will always be nothing but a copy !
Q: Is
there any difference between your products and "originals"?
You won't be able
to find any relevant one, even if both makes are standing side by side.
Our products meet the same high quality standards, than much costlier
ones. Of course we do not stamp metal frames with serial numbers nor do we issue "certificates of authenticity".
Q:Could
you send me a printed catalogue ?
Sorry, we deliberately
do not issue any printed material. We can only keep up our pleasantly low price level
by radically saving on marketing expenses and manpower resources.
Q: Do
you have any showrooms / representatives ?
We firmly believe in the marketing power of the internet and in our
fair policies and good service. You may however visit our *very* small showroom near Siena, should you ever travel to Tuscany. Have a cup of espresso and a chat with our nice ladies and test a small selection of our products.

Q: What
can I do if I am unhappy with my purchase ?
In first place, we are pretty confident of being able to fully satisfy you ! This is why we promise to take all goods back, whenever it should happen that a customer really feels unhappy with them. We do not charge a restocking fee either. Simply give us notice within seven days after receipt of delivery.
Due to the events of September 11th, our freight forwarders must no longer handle goods that have not been cleared by an FAA approved clearing agent. Please contact us, so that we can provide you with contact details. Of course your credit card charge will be reversed as well.
Q: When
do I have to pay for your furniture ?
Your credit card will be charged, but when we hand the shipment to our transport companies for delivery.

Q: Can
you send me some leather samples ?
Yes, we will be happy
to do that, if you specify the article it is meant for and the colors
you need to see. Again: we are scrooge in marketing expenses and do not
send the whole set, while only two color samples are needed.
Q:How
do you ship your goods ?
Any shipment to overseas
(we are located in Europe) will be effectuated by air cargo and our shippers
promise a lead time of 8 days form door to door. Within Europe we ship
by truck, which takes about the same time.
