Why chose a boxspring bed ?

a bed is the most important piece of furniture since we spend roughly one third of our lifetime sleeping in bed.

In a bed which is too hard, there is no flexibility, your muscles can not relax, because they have to compensate an uneven load. There will be too much pressure on your shoulders and hips making you turn over several times during the night, which increases the risk of waking up.

If your bed is too soft on the other hand, a curve is created in the opposite direction, which causes other muscles to stress. It is as well difficult to turn over, which can result in waking up several times during the night.
